No. You can register, sign the contract, and access the API free of charge. The cost of integrating the API into your system would be your cost, but there is no charge from SKAPIT until your first booking is made - then SKAPIT takes a share of commission for every booking you make.
Yes - every Product that is available on the SKAPIT system is available via an API connection. Please note, however, that if you are connecting to SKAPIT via TravelgateX, you will only be able to have access to the ski accommodation. However, you can register with SKAPIT Agent alongside SKAPIT Integrate, and add ski activities (ski passes, hire, lessons, transfers)
The API enables your customers to look and book Ski Accommodation and Acitivities online via your website - so you will need everything is required to enable that - a website, a reservation and payment system, and a booking management system.
Yes. The API documentation can be sent to your developers. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the API documentation is as clear as possible in order to minimise the integration time. The API documentation is currently only available in English.
We have guided many SKAPIT integrations and on average it takes around 35-40 hours of development time to integrate SKAPIT Integrate. The documentation is clear and concise - with test data and a sandbox available to test elements of your integration.
Alongside the clear API documentation, SKAPIT will provide a dedicated technician to guide you through the integration process.
